What is stored, and why

• Subscriptions — your email address, the ISOs, topics or reports you chose, the cadence, and a log of each mail sent. Used only to send the updates you asked for.
• On-demand reports — the address you enter, used to mail that report and recorded in the send log.
• Contact form — your name, email, subject and message. Kept so we can reply.
• Sign-in — the email address you enter at the gate, when you entered it, the network address and country it came from, and whether access was requested, approved or declined. Cloudflare, which carries the site's traffic, keeps its own connection logs.

What is not done. No advertising, no tracking or analytics cookies, and no sale or sharing of your address. The only cookies are the sign-in and session cookies the site needs to work.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare — network and DMARC mail reports.
• Hetzner — the server, in the United States.
• Google Workspace — sends and receives our email.
• Anthropic — summarises public ISO documents; no visitor data is sent to it.

How long. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; access approvals until revoked; contact messages, access requests and send logs until you ask for them to be deleted.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from any mail by replying "unsubscribe", or enter your address on the page and press Unsubscribe; a single-use confirmation link is mailed to that address. To see or delete what is held about you, email [email protected]. We act within 10 business days.
